I’m Kyle Rich. I look after technology for families and small offices across Sarasota and Charlotte counties, and I do the work myself.
I’ve spent fifteen years leading technology, communications and operations in this region, including twelve years running technology and production for a nonprofit on Boca Grande. My background covers networks, AV, multimedia and design, so I’m used to coordinating builders, integrators and busy staff.
I explain things in plain language, I write everything down, and I work alongside your existing vendors, not in place of them.

Are you an IT company?
Not in the help-desk sense. I’m one local person who sets up, organizes and looks after your technology directly, at your home or office, and documents everything so you’re never stuck.
What does the first visit cost?
For homes, the Household Technology Review is $395. For businesses, the Systems Working Session is $350. Either way, the fee counts toward a plan or project if you book within 30 days.
Do I need new equipment or software?
Usually not. We start with what you have. Many problems come from setup, coverage or settings, not the equipment itself. If something needs replacing, you get the reason and the cost in writing first.
Can you look after my home while I’m away?
Yes. The Seasonal Watch plan checks your network, cameras and devices while you’re gone, covers storm prep and a post-storm check, and includes a visit before you return so everything works when you arrive.
Do you work with my alarm company, builder or AV installer?
Yes. I coordinate with the vendors you already use and act as your single point of contact, so you don’t have to explain the house to each of them.
Where do you work?
I’m based in Venice and work in homes and offices in Venice, Wellen Park, North Port, Englewood, Boca Grande, Port Charlotte and Sarasota. Remote help is available. See areas served.
