Technology owner's representative
An owner's representative for AV, IT and building technology
On a build or renovation, the network, AV, security and smart-home vendors each report separately, and the owner ends up refereeing. I represent you from design through punch list as your single point of contact with the architect, engineers, integrators and general contractor, so decisions are made on purpose and the finished systems match what you asked for.
What I handle
- Architecture and AV systems design: requirements set early and carried through drawings, vendor selection and installation
- Project engineering: scope, schedules, submittals and change orders tracked and reconciled
- Coordination of network, AV, security and building systems with the general contractor
- Live event technology: audio, video, lighting, streaming and network designed with the venue and production vendors
- A complete handoff: system and vendor inventories, network and access maps, procedures and manuals
What I take over
Correspondence, decisions and change history, budgets, and the documents that let anyone understand the systems later. You deal with one person instead of a dozen vendors, and you approve the decisions that matter.
Who this is for

My background is in theater, music and live production, and I have spent twelve years in technology and operations across IT and AV, so I can speak with integrators, engineers and contractors in their own terms.
